How long is a typical Coaching Session, and how many sessions do I need?

A typical coaching session can last anywhere between 45 to 60 minutes, offering ample time for the coach and coachee to delve into various aspects of the coachee's journey while fostering a supportive and constructive environment. As each individual's progress varies, goal attainment generally takes between 1 and 12 sessions, a range that adapts to the coachee's unique position in their path toward achieving their objectives.

What is the typical structure of a Coaching Session?

How much does Coaching cost?

Depending on where you are in your journey towards your goal, you may need anywhere between 1 and 12 Coaching Sessions. The more sessions you purchase, the cheaper each session costs, starting at USD$60 per session.

Where does the Coaching Session take place?

Most Coaching sessions will take place online using popular platforms such as Zoom or MS Teams, providing a convenient and accessible way to connect. However, if you have a preference for in-person sessions, I am more than happy to accommodate that, whether it be at your home or within your company's premises.

What is the difference between a ‘Coach’ and ‘Counsellor’?

Coaches and counselors both help with personal growth, but they have different focuses and approaches. Coaches look to the future, focusing on goals and challenges, while counselors focus on the past and present, addressing emotional distress and unresolved experiences.
